How to deal with a 6 year old boy with ADHD?

I have been babysitting a 6 year old who they think may have ADHD. He has all the symptoms. I'm wondering what I can do to control him better and get him to listen. I do try to keep him on a schedule. He has an 8 year old brother and a 7 month old
