How long will i be diagnosed with ADHD for?

Im Now 15 years old &* ive been diagnosed with ADHD ever since I was in 3rd grade but my mom never looked into it since i was in 6th grade because the school said i needed to be in a CTT class that contains to teachers. My question is will I have ADHD for the rest of my life &* will i get SSI for ever because that's what im getting . Also im going to get evaluated again when im 18 years
