What Trading Card Game offers the most money?

I am a playing card fanatic, but when I discovered that people can make money playing trading card games in local tournaments, I was speechless. Does this mean that playing Pokemon or Yu-Gi-Oh, that at face-value are mere child games, can actually make money. I am not an expert on these issues, and need some advice.
