When I was younger I remember playing a card game with the most insane rules. The object of the game was to get rid of all your cards (the deck is split between all the players). If a player were to break a rule, he would get the deck or a card added to his hand. The rules were strict and random and the only one i remember is a player can't touch his hand while it is being dealt.
That's all I can remember I hope someone can help.
