How to help 25 year old daughter with ADHD?

I need advice on how to help my daughter who is 25 years old, has ADHD and LD's keep a job. She is a great person, but does dumb things that get her trouble with her managers. I am at a lose as to what to do. She still lives at home and looks and acts more like she is 17 or 18 than 25. Anyone have any
