Does the WoW BattleChest come with a Game Card?

I got a wow battle chest on sale from gamestop for 15 dollars (boxing week sales ftw) And in the box I can find:

2 install dvds
world of warcraft strategy guide
burning crusade strategy guide
world of warcraft manual
burning crusade manual

But I cannot find the Game Card that the salesman said was inside. Can anyone help with
