Can I transfer an Ultimate Game Card membership between accounts?

I have 80 days left on an Ultimate Game Card... Is there any possible way I can transfer this over to a noob account of mine? I'd love it if I could... I'm trying to make a 99 mage/10 hp pure, and soul wars is the best
