How to get the phantom cards in Pokemon Trading card game rom?

Well I've been playing the Pokemon Trading Card Game lately on ROM for my computer. I have collected 226 cards now. You need the game-boy to get the level 15 mew and level 64 venusaur. You need to do a card pop trading via game-boy connections. Since I don't have that functionality with my laptop is there a way or a downloadable cheat to get these cards to complete my collection and build the mystery
