What kind of treatment do people with ADD/ADHD in partial remission get?

Older children have ADHD in partial remission when they still have symptoms but no longer meet the full definition of the disorder...

I believe I fit into this criteria.

My friend has ADD/AHDH, and she said that she got help with therapy and stuff and medicine which is helping her.

Do people with partial remission get treatment?
You don't really grow out of ADHD???
