How can I tell if my 4 year old has adhd. Serious replies only please?

I need help on finding out if my 4 year old could have adhd. I do not know what to look for. Can someone help me out please. He will not sit still, he just shouts out things when he wants, he will not listen, he will not play quietly, he does not run out of steam, he hits, he swears, time outs do not work. I do not know what to do anymore. PLEASE
