How will I be able to get treatment for Adult ADHD?

For the past few years, I suspect that I may suffer from Adult ADHD. I'm really stressed out because I'm transferring into a University as a junior in two weeks, and afraid that my inability to pay attention will cause me to fail my courses. I am not working nor do I have insurance and couldn't afford it. Is there any possible way to be able to get the help that I need? I am just trying to know where to look to for
