How long does it take to lose noticeable weight on ADHD medication like Concerta?

I was prescribed Concerta for my ADHD, and it has totally destroyed my apetite. Yesterday I only had half of a 90-calorie granola bar and a salad all day. I'm not starving myself, I just feel a little nauseous if I eat something kind of big or if I'm around too much food and can smell it and stuff.
