How can a doctor diagnose me with bi polar and adhd without any solid proof?

Like I know pretty much for fact I'm ADHD but...
I read what people with bipolar act like, I can't ever see myself in the past present or future ever acting like that.

I don't take medication for anything, and I'm perfectly fine so why do I get this label?
If you saw my title you'd know I said the doctor diagnosed me with bi polar and adhd, not that I diagnosed
