Am I required to pay royalties to Wizards of the Coast for this trading card game I'm publishing?

Wizards of the Coast owns the patent to trading card games and I want to publish this trading card game I invented here in the Philippines. Since they own the patent to all trading card games, am I required to pay them royalties? I don't want to get sued and I want exclusivity on this game of mine. It's my precious.
