How to activate a serial code from a game time card?

I got 2 City of Heroes game time card, one from Best Buy and the other from Game Stop. Both are powered by the FAST CARD company. I didn't pay for this cards in the register so the codes are not activated. How can I activate this codes and make them work? Is there some kind of program that let me activate them? Please
