If a learning disabled woman, who has ADHD, has a baby will the baby also have deficits?

My friend is slow to pick up on things. She also has severe adhd and cannot pay attention at all. She has difficulty understanding obvious things and makes very bad choices. Her inability to focus has gotten her fired from jobs and from schools. I am wonderng if she has children will they be learning disabled with adhd too.
