How much would it be to get diagnosed with add/adhd, depression, bipolar, etc?

I don't have insurance, so I need to know about the ranges of the prices for this to be done. I need to know what's exactly wrong with me, I have all the symptoms of add/adhd but of bipolar too, I need to be sure though, anyone's help and advice would be great!
