How do i get my mom to test me for ADHD?

im the kind of person you would expect to have ADHD. i dont wont it but i have taken online tests that come out positive and i really want to be able to focus and it has even interfered with my sleep. my mom thinks i have it but she doesnt want me on medicine but i do weird things around people and i just want to calm myself. i know this sounds weird but like believe it or not caffeine is the only way to calm
